How to create your Hallelu account

Getting set up takes less than a minute.

• Open the Hallelu app (or visit hallelu.kids) and tap Get Started.
• Enter a parent email address and choose a password. This is the account that manages billing and settings — your child never logs in with it.
• Confirm your email if prompted.
• Add your first child's profile (see Adding your child's first profile for details).
• You'll be offered a 7-day free trial — no card required to start exploring.

One account, one family

Your Hallelu account can hold up to six child profiles, so siblings each get their own Faith Journey, sticker collection and age-appropriate content without sharing a login.

If you ever forget your password, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to reset it by email.
