How to cancel your Hallelu subscription

Cancelling takes a minute and can be done entirely from your account — no need to call or email support, though we're always happy to help if something goes wrong.

To cancel

• Sign in at my.hallelu.kids and go to My Account.
• Open the Billing tab.
• Choose Cancel subscription and, optionally, let us know why — it genuinely helps us improve.

What happens next

Your subscription is set to end at the close of your current billing period — you keep full access until then, and you won't be charged again after that date. If you change your mind, you can undo the cancellation from the same Billing tab any time before the period ends.

There's no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment.
