Downloaded content won't play offline

Downloads are meant to play with zero connection, so if one isn't working offline, the download itself is usually the issue.

Try this

• Reconnect to Wi-Fi briefly and open the episode — if it plays online but not offline, the download may not have finished completely.
• Delete the download and download it again, fully connected to Wi-Fi this time, before going offline.
• Check available storage on your device — a download can silently fail to complete if storage is nearly full.
